Owned and operated by tattoo artists, the Sydney Tattoo Convention returns to the iconic Sydney Town Hall for another incredible event! After the success and overwhelming support of our 2023 convention, we are thrilled to announce that we will be back on the 9th, 10th, and 11th of August 2024!
Get ready for an even more spectacular experience with more space, more artists, and more seminars! Featuring over 200 Australian and international tattoo artists, this Aussie-based convention celebrates the diverse and extraordinary talents within the tattoo arts community. From Traditional to Neo-Traditional, Japanese/Oriental to Tribal, Geometric to Dot Work, Realism to Fine Line, Pattern Work to Lettering, and more, our artists will showcase their skills by creating breathtaking masterpieces live on skin.
In response to the overwhelming popularity of our seminars in 2023, we're thrilled to announce that we'll be back with an expanded lineup! Enjoy talks on Tattoo history, education, apprenticeships, and captivating stories that delve into the heart of the tattooing world.
Tattoo competitions will be held all weekend, providing an opportunity for artists and collectors to showcase their incredible work and receive much-deserved recognition in various categories.
As a new addition to the Sydney Tattoo Convention, don't miss the incredible art exhibition, "Made to Suit," featuring all-new body suits painted by over 70 tattoo artists. This unique exhibition will be on display over the three days at the incredible Sydney Town Hall.
Our mission is to support the Tattoo Arts community through this incredible public event, shedding light on the remarkable artistic talent of tattoo artists across Australia – from the big cities to regional towns.

This parking facility is located within the Queen Victoria Building (QVB) complex, which is adjacent to Sydney Town Hall. It offers both casual and early bird rates, and it operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Secure Parking - Hilton Sydney Car Park:

Distance to Sydney Town Hall: Approximately 350 meters (5-minute walk)
The Hilton Sydney Car Park provides secure parking options and is conveniently located near Sydney Town Hall. It offers both self-parking and valet parking services, and it operates 24/7.
Wilson Parking - Darling Park:

Distance to Sydney Town Hall: Approximately 650 meters (8-minute walk)
Darling Park is a multi-level parking facility that offers both casual and early bird rates. It is a bit further from Sydney Town Hall compared to the previous options but still within walking distance.

By Train:
Sydney Town Hall is conveniently located near the Town Hall train station. You can take a train to Town Hall station using the T1 North Shore, T2 Inner West and Leppington, T3 Bankstown, T4 Eastern Suburbs and Illawarra, or T8 Airport and South Line. Upon arriving at Town Hall station, follow the signs to the exit that leads to Sydney Town Hall.
By Bus:
There are several bus routes that pass by Sydney Town Hall. You can check the local bus schedule to find the appropriate bus route that serves your location. The closest bus stops to Sydney Town Hall are usually located on George Street or Park Street.
By Light Rail:
If you prefer the light rail, you can take the L1 Dulwich Hill line or the L2 Randwick line and disembark at the Town Hall station. From there, it's just a short walk to Sydney Town Hall.
